By accessing or using the Sewa Samriddhi Export Model crowdfunding platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service. Our platform serves as a bridge between global investors and rural artisan clusters in India, facilitating transparent export funding and sustainable growth.
2. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Investors agree to conduct their own due diligence before committing capital to any cluster partner or artisan batch.
3. Funding and Profit Sharing
Our model is based on transparent funding for export-ready batches. All capital contributions are tracked and managed to ensure they reach the intended clusters. Profit-sharing agreements are defined per project and are backed by verifiable export documentation. Sewa Samriddhi acts as the facilitator and quality standardizer for these transactions.
4. Artisan and Cluster Protection
We prioritize the fair treatment and sustainable income of our artisan partners. Any attempt to circumvent the platform's fair-trade protocols or exploit artisanal communities is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination. We ensure that artisan heritage is preserved through ethical business practices.
5. Liability and Risk
Investing in rural artisan clusters carries inherent risks, including global market fluctuations and production delays. While Sewa Samriddhi standardizes quality and maintains transparency, we do not guarantee specific financial returns. Users accept that capital growth is tied to the successful export and sale of artisanal goods.
6. Modifications to Service
Sewa Samriddhi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platform or any part thereof with or without notice. We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform functionality.
